Therapy offers a space where we can become deeply curious about, and better relate to, our inner self, and to what we truly want in life. It can be challenging to hear our inner voice and tune into our core needs and desires when so many things can get in the way of this— stress and responsibility, painful feelings and experiences, beliefs that no longer serve us, fear of change.

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they discern their personal paths -- in education, careers, creative endeavors, relationships, or whatever is most meaningful to them.

My approach is insight-oriented, collaborative, and warm. I weave in elements of acceptance-based, cognitive, and mindfulness modalities alongside my psychodynamic training.

In working with students, I draw on my own undergraduate and graduate school experiences, as well as my work in various college and university environments, to inform our work together.
