My name is Ana Sanchez Smith, LISW, and I am a bilingual licensed mental health therapist committed to building partnerships with children, adults and families to assist in managing current stressors. I specialize in trauma healing and stressors within all stages of life. I believe in taking an eclectic, collaborative approach to help you reach your goals.

I am passionate about helping individuals in crisis, strengthening family relationships and processing grief, trauma, and stressors impacting your ,daily life.
