Amy Siniscalchi
Are you struggling with adjusting to life while in school? Experiencing anxiety around passing your classes or keeping your grades up? Having challenges with your social life or relationships while in school? Struggling with complex family dynamics? Having fears or worries about the future?
I can help you make sense of what you're experiencing and feeling, and provide the tools to help you feel more steady and confident. I'm a social worker with over 20 years of experience helping people experiencing life adjustments, anxiety, identity issues, grief, and trauma. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach focused on healing and finding or returning to joy in life.
I work with individuals of all backgrounds, and center the needs of people who’ve historically been excluded or harmed by traditional systems of care, including: BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), LGBTQAI+, TGNC (trans and gender non-conforming), the disabled and chronically ill, single mothers, first generation college students, and trauma victims/survivors.
Outside of my work with clients, I love reading, hiking, and going to concerts and comedy shows. I'm naturally curious about people and would love to hear about how you enjoy spending your time when you're not studying.
I'd love the chance to work with you and to help you navigate this important time of your life. Please reach out so we can schedule a free initial conversation soon.
