Amy Ruth Crevola
Hi, I’m Amy, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting my clients on their journey toward authenticity. I work with adults of all ages as they navigate challenges and transitions, perhaps dealing with anxiety, depression, loss, confusion, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Most of my clients are neurodivergent, and/or queer-identifying (as am I).
My warm approach is focused on you as the expert of your own life, experience, and story. I seek to create a safe, compassionate space where you can openly explore and process your thoughts and feelings, and learn effective tools and empowering strategies right from the start.
Both telehealth & in-person options are available.
I draw upon these collaborative, evidence-based therapy practices:
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
Strengths-Based Solution-Focused
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Trauma Recovery & Empowerment
Narrative Therapy
Self-Compassion & Shame Resilience
Reach out if you have questions or think we'd be a good fit.
Warmly,
Amy
