Natalie Casey

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Natalie Casey is an Eastern Michigan University and Boston University graduate. She is professionally licensed in Michigan and Georgia and sees all of her clients virtually.

If you're feeling stuck, confused, anxious, or have a case of the "blahs," Natalie gets it. Life can be hard and no one gives you a map on how to navigate everything that comes up. Whether you have experienced a traumatic event or a new life change, it can be incredibly validating and helpful to talk to someone who understands. Natalie might not be able to relate firsthand to what you're going through, but her experience working as a psychotherapist can help you get to where you want to be. She has supported clients through grief, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship strain. She'll help you heal younger parts of yourself, learn new skills, and establish and maintain healthy boundaries.

Natalie is a Brainspotting certified therapist and uses Brainspotting for performance enhancement and trauma processing to facilitate accelerated healing. Please reach out to Natalie to learn more about Brainspotting.
