Amy Marsh
If you are facing anxiety, depression, or having difficulty managing stressors, you are not alone. You have survived experiences no one should ever have to face. They have left you feeling depleted, broken, and worn out. You need a reminder of your dignity and resilience and some coping skills for dealing with this very challenging time. I'm here to help.
I work with folks facing transitions across the lifespan. I have 25 years experience working with tweens and teens, first as a teacher, then as a counselor. I also love working with young adults as well -- especially those exploring their identity and sense of purpose.
You have already taken the brave first step to consider counseling. Give me a call if you are ready to feel seen, heard, and supported as a person worthy of dignity who is ready to discover your best self in a difficult world.
