The connection between a therapist and their client is often a key aspect in the process of therapy. A therapist can have many credentials but if your clients do not connect with you, then an essential component of therapy is missing. My goal is to help people overcome issues getting in the way of living a happy and productive life. I believe in creating an atmosphere of encouragement, optimism and compassion in order to help people utilize their strengths to create change in their lives. I focus on helping people realize their strengths as well as the areas they would like to grow in and develop further.
I have a unique ability to understand those who are struggling with anxiety issues. It is valuable to have someone who can understand and support you through these trying times. I have extensive experience working with families that have received a cancer diagnosis or have experienced a loss.
