Amy Herzog-Woods
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with college and graduate students experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. I provide prevention, treatment, and recovery-focused care for all eating disorders, as well as therapy for self-injury, grief and loss, illness, and emotional distress related to academic and life transitions.
My approach is integrative and relational, incorporating both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each client, with an emphasis on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and supporting meaningful change. I work closely with psychiatrists and registered dietitians to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care when indicated.
