I work best with adult clients who identify as queer and/or neurodivergent, especially those who don't feel like they fit neatly into these communities (not feeling "queer enough", late diagnosed ADHDers, etc). I bring authenticity and a down to earth approach, one in which we are working hard on your goals, while also taking time to be human together. My goal is to create a safe place for clients to show up as they are, to explore and challenge themselves, to reconnect with nature, and express and process whatever comes up along the way. We'll focus on the strengths you bring and work together to set the pace of therapy.

I provide telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in WA State and outdoor sessions in Shoreline, WA.
