I help queer, trans, neurodivergent, and high-pressure college students who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed, so they can get through school without losing themselves in the process.

My work doesn’t look like standard talk therapy — sometimes we talk, and sometimes we use role-playing games, video games, or storytelling to make hard things easier to approach and less intense.

Students I work with often find they’re less stuck in their heads, less anxious, and better able to rest, focus, and make decisions they trust. The goal is to feel steadier and more like yourself while you’re here.
