I have been working therapeutically with kids, adults, and families for over twenty years through private sessions, workshops, classrooms and retreats. My work focuses on building a collaborative relationship with my clients to improve, mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I work from a strength based approach helping individuals and families make positive and long term changes in their lives.
I offer sessions for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, groups and families. Sessions are based on the therapeutic needs and individual goals. Individual sessions are around 50 minutes and are based on a sliding scale fee. Fee structure will be decided based on financial need. In-network and Out-of-network insurance options available, including Medicaid.
