Amy's information:
I view therapy as a collaborative space to explore, grow, and learn together. I strive to provide support, resources, and psycho-education tailored to your individual needs. I specialize in ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, health related concerns, and grief.
My therapeutic style is solution-focused and strengths-based. I draw from various therapeutic modalities including values-based and person-centered approaches. I enjoy incorporating humor and hands-on experiences when appropriate.
I have over 10 years of experience in the higher education and counseling fields. Some of my previous experiences include accessibility services, disability compliance, vocational rehabilitation, and academic coaching. Seeking support takes courage. I admire your decision to take this step. Let’s get started.
