Each person deserves the space to be heard, a place where they can be their true authentic self. I enter each session ready to provide you with empathy, my undivided attention and that safe space. I want to understand and help you work through any events or concerns that have caused you to seek out therapy. I have helped people work through trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce care, adjustment concerns, career changes and many other challenges.

As a Bilingual first generation American growing up in New York, I have come face to face with many individuals through all walks of life. I have worked in schools, in community parks, in hospitals and essentially wherever the need was. I have had the privilege of being a part of individuals' hopes, dreams, frustrations, happiness and their life. I learned a great deal about how to connect with others in a way that was meaningful to them.

Through my personal experiences with counseling, I have learned the importance of establishing trust in my sessions. I approach my sessions with the understanding that every individual’s story is unique. It is my belief that safety, trust, and the space for change can occur within the relationship of the client and the therapist. I am passionate about working with you towards achieving your personal goals.Through a relational approach, we will work together in order to help you navigate your concerns. At a pace you feel comfortable with.

I am part of the Path referral network, which means that when you reach out, my team will get back to you quickly to schedule our first session. I am committed to making therapy affordable. Through Path, I am in-network for most commercial insurances, so you're only responsible for your co-pay!
