Are you ready to step off the Hot Mess Express, understand what’s holding you back from living the life you want, and develop new ways of navigating your world? I specialize in working with stressed college students who want to learn how to manage anxiety and tame overwhelming emotions, people who want to explore gender identity or who need support on their transition journey, and geeks of all kinds who don’t want to feel misunderstood by their therapist just because they have nerdy interests. Together, we will develop new strategies to help you feel calmer and more empowered to navigate whatever life throws your way.

My approach is integrative and collaborative, meaning that we will pull from approaches that best fit your goals and who you are. I blend teaching practical, evidence-based skills along with deeper exploration to catalyze more enduring change. I help my clients gain the tools and insights they need to flourish.

Please feel free to visit my website for more information to see if I'm the right therapist for you. I offer a free, 15-minute consultation to see if I’ll be a good fit.
