Amber Saldivar
Hello and welcome! I provide online and in-person therapy sessions to clients in Washington state. I strive to treat my clients as I would like to be treated in therapy. Your voice and your empowerment as a person are extremely important to me, and I see you as the expert on yourself. I see my role as one who comes alongside to journey with you: to listen, to notice your strengths, and to help you leverage them to face your challenges. It would be an honor to work with you to create the future your heart longs for, a future in which you are thriving, free to fully employ your talents and live out your purpose in this world.
I love working with people from all walks of life. I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety and depression, chronic pain and other physical symptoms, and trauma responses. Many of the clients who come to me are thoughtful, insightful people who have tried hard to figure things out on their own — yet still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or trapped in patterns they haven’t yet been able to shift.
I specializing in the intersection of mind-body healing, chronic symptom recovery, and trauma. I am passionate about equipping YOU with strategies that honor your body’s innate capacity for healing. Drawing from my 12 years as a therapist, extensive training, and personal experience with chronic symptoms, I am here to help you develop practical tools to regulate your nervous system, restore a sense of safety, and reconnect with life beyond illness. Ultimately, my goal is for you to experience more freedom, joy, and healing than ever before. I am very patient and will go at your pace. At the same time, I am incredibly persistent and refuse to give up on looking for answers to address your specific situation. I warmly invite you to reach out for a free, 20-minute consult call if you'd like to connect.
