If you’re reading this, life might feel entirely overwhelming, and you’ve probably reached your limit of helping yourself feel better. Your past experiences, your current reality, and your current mental state have combined to create internal turmoil and suffering, which have made life difficult. You’ve more than likely tried at least three TikTok anxiety/depression hacks or every breathing exercise on the Calm app. Or, you’ve entirely avoided acknowledging how you’re feeling, allowed your emotions to build inside of you, and realized that you’re about to explode and you just need someone to help you. I'm here to be that person.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with an "eclectic" treatment approach. This means that I use multiple treatment methods to individualize my practices to your needs. I believe that having a style that is always adapting and changing to the individuality of each client is important, because you are unique and have unique needs.

For some, therapy can be a lifelong journey that is focused on healing from past wounds and traumatic experiences. For others, therapy can mean inviting me into your life for a critical period of time when you need to get back to yourself after a difficult transition. No matter what therapy looks like for you, I’m here to be your guide and listening ear.
