I'm here to be that person.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with an "eclectic" treatment approach. This means that I use multiple treatment methods to individualize my practices to your needs. I believe that having a style that is always adapting and changing to the individuality of each client is important, because you are unique and have unique needs.
For some, therapy can be a lifelong journey that is focused on healing from past wounds and traumatic experiences. For others, therapy can mean inviting me into your life for a critical period of time when you need to get back to yourself after a difficult transition.
