I work well with students who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or unsure of what comes next. Many of the people I support are going through major life changes, difficult relationships, trauma, or challenges with their mental health. I enjoy working with students who want a safe, judgment-free space to talk, understand themselves better, and build practical ways to cope and move forward. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel supported, heard, and empowered.
