College can be a time of growth and discovery — but also stress, identity questions, relationship changes, and emotional overwhelm. I work best with students who feel stuck in patterns that don’t serve them, who may carry trauma or big feelings, or who struggle with anxiety, self-worth, or relationships.

My goal is to create a space where you can be real and not feel judged — a space to explore who you are, what you’ve been through, and where you want to go next. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll start wherever you are and work together from there.
