As a Clinical Psychologist in private practice treating students for 25+ years, I specialize in treating Anxiety including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Vomit Phobia, Phobias. I also specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorder and emotional/sensory dysregulation, Bipolar Disorder, Body Dysmorphia, hairpulling, school stress, social skills. Anxiety treatment includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, including facing fears (ERP) as well as managing triggers.
Students that I work with are often very sensitive people who can be overwhelmed by anxiety. Generally, you set the pace in a friendly and sometimes fun environment.
