My approach to therapy is creative and interactive, based on your unique problems and desired goals of treatment. I provide a non judgmental space for patients to explore and process their life experiences while also providing a variety of interventions to facilitate emotional insight, wisdom and change. My therapeutic practices include Psychodynamics, Object Relations, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, jungian and depth psychology. I am currently a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and provide tools and strategies for dealing with traumatic stress.
I provide patients with a wide range of mental health services. From small scale circumstances to traumatic experiences, my services are personalized to suit everyone’s needs.
