I work best with students who are juggling a bunch but want to feel more calm and like themselves again. Maybe anxiety or stress is getting in the way or you just want some space to figure things out without feeling judged.
When we work together, it’s a relaxed, down-to-earth space where you can be honest and take things at your own pace. We’ll find little ways to help you feel stronger and more confident in what you’re dealing with.
