Amber finds true fulfillment in offering support, empathy, and encouragement to those facing challenges. Amber completed her undergraduate degree in behavioral health at Arizona Christian University in 2017 where she found a love for counseling and caring for others. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling in August 2021 from Phoenix Seminary.
With an empathetic, active listening approach Amber provides a safe and supportive space where you can learn and grow. Amber utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, DBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mind-Body Medicine to effectively address a wide range of challenges.
