Success means different things for different people. Sometimes it's getting up and making the bed. Or it can mean putting yourself out there for a dream job. I'm here to help you manage anxiety and depression and start collecting some wins.

I specialize in working with adults and teens with anxiety and depression who are managing life transitions. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, which focuses on reframing your story in your brain so you can move forward from the obstacles that are holding you back.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a female veteran, I love working with other veterans and those in the queer community. I value honesty and rapport above all else in my client relationships. If you are looking for a partner to help you achieve what success means to you, please reach out for an introductory call. I see clients remotely from my home in Monmouth.
