I believe that with the right support we can make small intentional changes to create a satisfying life. I am committed to helping clients feel understood and respected. I help clients identify strategies to alleviate symptoms, modify problematic patterns, and develop effective coping skills. I provide compassionate care and tailor empirically supported treatments. I primarily utilize mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapies and strategies informed by dialectical behavior therapy. These therapies provide symptom alleviation, are well established treatments, and have long term benefits.

I have experience and success treating anxiety disorders, unipolar and bipolar depression, self-harm behaviors, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, grief, and difficulties associated with navigating transitions.

Lastly, I conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex mental health disorders. My priority is to provide tailored and effective services in a nurturing and supportive space. Contact me today to learn more about services and how we can work together to support your goals.
