My therapy style is primarily relational and interpersonal. I often draw from acceptance commitment therapy and self-compassion. I also like to incorporate CBT, DBT, and explore the impact of trauma and attachment history. My professional experience includes providing intensive mental health treatment facilitating group therapy.
