My primary focus is meeting every client’s need to be seen, valued, and heard. I believe first and foremost in establishing a positive relationship and from there continuing to meet needs as continued levels of respect and trust are established. It is my goal to meet someone where they are at, and therefore different techniques will be helpful for different people. There are times where direct, actionable steps are appropriate, and there are times when what you really need is to sit and process your feelings. I can help navigate these things with you and give you the tools to go forward confidently.
