Amanda Murphy-Smith
Many of the students I work with are navigating intense pressure academically, socially, and internally. You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or difficulty managing stress. You may also be carrying unresolved trauma or struggling with identity, grief, or emotional regulation. Therapy offers a structured, supportive space to explore what’s contributing to these patterns and begin building healthier ways of coping.
My approach integrates evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. We’ll focus on helping you better understand your thoughts and emotions, strengthen your coping skills, and create lasting change that supports your well-being. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy can be the starting point for greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.
