My treatment approach provides compassionate, effective help for the challenges you and your family face. I offer evidenced-based solutions for helping preteens, adolescents, young adults, and families address common issues in their lives. I am passionate about providing high quality behavioral health services to individuals and families. I have over 13 years of experience helping clients manage common social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. I treat an array of presenting concerns, such as depression, OCD, anxiety, mood issues, life transitions, grief, sleep concerns, parent-child conflict, and trauma.
I utilize cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and value based treatment models. With younger populations, I incorporate a strong family focused collaborative approach. With older adolescents and young adults, I help clients form a deeply satisfying relationship with themselves and others by teaching clients to manage symptoms and live more effectively.
My services are provided via telehealth. This approach allows convenience for many individuals. The choice to pursue behavioral health services can be confusing and overwhelming. My goal is to provide a space that makes you feel accepted and comfortable as we begin this journey together. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
