Hi there, I’m Amanda and I'm so glad you're here, doing the brave thing seeking support when you need it! I work with college students who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and relationship or boundary challenges. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to explore what brings you to therapy. I specialize working with folks who identify as female and nonbinary.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills, build self-compassion, and strengthen your confidence so you can navigate college life with greater balance and resilience.
