Experiencing personal conflicts can make you feel unsteady, anxious, and unsure about how to move forward. It is during these times, I believe that showing up authentically is the first step in moving forward. I believe that leaning into vulnerability and tuning into yourself is key to a transformative journey. Therapy is a safe place to remember who you are and discover the inherent power you hold to create a life that you will simply enjoy living.
I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in the human capacity for change. You are the expert of your own life and I desire to work alongside you to develop healthier relationships and learn effective strategies to overcome life’s obstacles. My goal is to create a supportive environment to foster healing, growth, and empowerment.

In practice, I utilize cognitive behavioral approaches, solution-focused, trauma focused CBT, and mindfulness.
