Whether you’ve tried therapy before or are starting for the first time, it can be intimidating. Maybe you are feeling stuck, going through a challenging time, or looking for support as you make a change in your life. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone is capable of growth, healing, and making progress toward their goals.
I have experience working with those facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and general life stressors. My clinical interests also include supporting clients in the LGBTQIA+ community. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston.
What’s it like to work with me? I’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can come as you are and bring whatever is on your mind. Together, we’ll identify your goals for therapy. I’ll incorporate a variety of approaches with the aim of helping you better understand yourself, confront barriers, and develop the skills that will help you move forward.
