Amanda Ashley Life dba Lit Session
Hey! I’m Dr. Amanda Ashley Taylor, a licensed holistic psychotherapist, here to hold space for your healing and evolution. I blend clinical training with deep spiritual insight, supporting people who are doing all the “right” things—but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I’m here for the high-functioning folks, the sensitive souls, and the ones who carry a lot but rarely ask for help. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
My work is rooted in spiritual psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I show up with warmth, clarity, and realness. I don’t believe in surface-level fixes—I believe in honoring your lived experience while helping you reconnect with your inner truth. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the patterns, and gently move toward balance, peace, and purpose. Sessions are collaborative and fluid, integrating evidence-based tools like CBT alongside intuitive reflection and body-based grounding.
You can expect to feel more seen, centered, and connected to your truth. You’ll gain language for your experience, learn practical tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, and begin to relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity. Over time, you’ll deepen your self-trust and begin creating a life that reflects your values—not just your obligations. This is your space to evolve at your own pace, without judgment.
