Hi there! I work with high achievers suffering from burnout, people pleasing, codependency, and difficult family relationships. My clients are ones who tend to struggle with boundaries and are perpetually exhausted but are not sure why. They are strivers, but they never feel like they are good enough or that they are seen for who they really are. They struggle with anxiety and their stress is, at times, overwhelming. Most of all, my clients want to not feel this way anymore. They are ready for change.
