I have experience as a social worker in the school system and in community mental health (outpatient and inpatient). My specialties include hypnotherapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and tapping. I believe in an eclectic approach and utilize different practices to create a custom treatment plan that suits you!
