Therapy for ADHD brains, overthinkers, and anyone feeling stuck in “what now?” I work with teens and young adults navigating ADHD, life transitions, relationship stress, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Many clients come in feeling anxious, stuck in overthinking, or unsure of what they’re “supposed” to be doing with their lives. If that resonates, you’re in the right place. Therapy with me is relaxed, collaborative, and supportive. You can show up exactly as you are, I’ll meet you there. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself while also building practical tools and insights that fit into your life.

Before starting private practice in 2021, I worked with teens and families navigating school systems and the justice system, building a strong foundation in supporting people through complex, high-stress situations. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.

Reaching out for help is an act of vulnerability and courage. I'm glad you're here! When you feel ready, let's connect to schedule a free consultation call to explore whether we may be a good fit. :)
