Therapy for ADHD brains, overthinkers, and anyone feeling stuck in “what now?” I work with teens and young adults navigating ADHD, life transitions, relationship stress, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Before starting private practice in 2021, I worked with teens and families navigating school systems and the justice system, building a strong foundation in supporting people through complex, high-stress situations. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
