My practice is 100% online. I provide teletherapy through a secure online counseling platform that utilizes live video & phone sessions, as well as the option to message me through out the week. You can choose between a monthly plan or by individual sessions. You are in control of what you want therapy to look like, & I'm here to support you along the way
