I counsel clients in college and transitioning from college years to young adulthood managing relationships, new careers, and moving; clients in need of support managing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, and other challenges; professionals discovering a need to (re)define who they are outside of their roles as an employee/business owner, partner, or parent.
Something to know about my approach is that our time together is a space for honesty and self-compassion as you make sense of life's ups and downs and past unresolved hurts with guided support to practice new skills for your well-being without the need to be perfect or never make mistakes.
