Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I assist individuals in creating the life they really want by helping people to identify and update dis-empowering/self-defeating/ unhealthy life patterns and beliefs, teaching skills to regulate emotions and reach goals, and to connect with their soul’s purpose.

I have been in the field since 2000 and bring a great deal of experience and knowledge to my practice. I am trained in and use multiple modalities both clinically tested/evidenced-based interventions, as well as, modalities newer to the Western World. I continually engage in trainings to ensure that I have the best tools to help my clients. Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Nutrition, Mindfulness Practices, Brain Gym, Emotional Freedom Technique, Emotion Code/Body Code, Psychological-Kinesiology, Access Consciousness, Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine, Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS), Biofeedback and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF), EMDR Flash Technique.

I have taught workshops on topics such as Suicide Prevention, Addiction, Healthy Relationships, and Self-Care. I am a licensure supervisor for clinicians seeking their LCSW’s, LPC, and CADC I, II, and III.

I work with young adults and adults. I specialize in Chronic Illness, Depression, Anxiety, and supporting those in the Helping Profession.

I work with people in person (both individual and group) and through video conferencing. Please not during COVID all sessions are done via video.
