Do you look like you have it all together on the outside—but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted on the inside? If you're constantly chasing perfection, struggling to slow down, or feeling like it's never enough, you’re not alone.

I am passionate about working with teens and emerging adults navigating high-functioning anxiety and perfectionism. Therapy can help you quiet your inner critic, manage anxiety, and build a life rooted in balance—not burnout. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded.

I use an integrative approach that is based on psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive behavioral techniques. Through a holistic lens, we’ll explore the emotional, physical, and relational aspects of your life so you can move forward with confidence. I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and the transition from high school to college.

I will provide you with a collaborative environment where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are taken seriously. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s a partnership — we’ll work together to identify your goals, explore challenges, and build on your strengths. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s navigate this chapter together!
