This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Marriage & Family Therapists

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist fluent in French and Creole who works with individuals, couples and families seeking changes to overcome challenges in their lives. As someone who focuses on the therapeutic alliance as the basis for change, I believe therapy is a collaborative process and have been a fanatic of client centered work and feedback. I am committed to supporting my clients through their journey of self discovery, healing and growth.

I graduated with a Master in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and have been a therapist for 7 years now. I utilize a variety of techniques, including strength-based approaches like Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I have worked with individuals, couples and families struggling with the aftermath of trauma including sexual abuse and domestic violence, relationship issues and other mental health issues (i.e. anxiety, depression, postpartum and anger). Ultimately, my hope is that my clients will feel heard, empowered and confident to continue their journey towards the pursuit of happiness.
