I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Currently serving as the Executive Clinical Director at Effective School Solutions, I specialize in trauma focused-CBT, school-based mental health programming, crisis management, anxiety, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals aged 8 to 60, navigating a wide range of challenges including trauma, emotional and behavioral disorders, and learning difficulties. My work has spanned diverse settings, including therapeutic residential treatment programs, schools, group homes, outpatient clinics, and higher education disability services.

I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where my clients feel supported as they work toward personal growth and healing. Using evidence-based approaches, I aim to empower individuals to build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and achieve their goals.
