I work with individuals and families to resolve past issues, to obtain a sense of peace and control over their current experience, and look to the future with hope and excitement. I have 11 years of experience with family life-transitions including infertility, parenting, relationships, divorce. As I walk alongside individuals, we conquer identity development issues, adjusting to college, divorce, and other issues facing us across our life. I am credentialed as a telemental health counselor, meaning we can create lasting change from a distance.

I specialize in treating individuals who experience depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and Texas, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Board Certified Telemental Health Counselor with eleven years of experience providing counseling services for adolescents, adults, and families.
