Are you constantly questioning yourself? Exhausted by self-doubt, debilitating anxiety, and painful memories? Hi, I'm Allison! I'm here to support and guide you. I am fully trained in EMDR through the Institute of Creative Mindfulness (an EMDRIA-approved EMDR training program), and the 4 Blinks Flash Technique.

I specialize in helping those who’ve been through complicated and confusing experiences. Whether you've been hurt by family, faith communities, close friends, or intimate partners, I help people untangle the past and step fully into the present. Furthermore, I believe therapy is inherently political, and you are always welcome to talk about politics with me.

Therapy is more than using coping skills; It’s about uncovering your most authentic self and learning to live from that place, even when it's scary. Our work together is grounded in honesty, mutual respect, and authenticity. You are always in control of your pace, your story, and your healing. I've got you!
