It can be frustrating when mental health symptoms get in the way of what we want to do. The good news is that therapy can help. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you feel better and live the life you want. I work with adults 18+ on anxiety, OCD, depression (not SI), panic disorder, life changes, self-esteem, relationship issues, etc. I take insurance! It takes courage to start therapy and I give you credit for taking that first step!

Besides the diagnoses below, I treat behaviors like co-dependency, perfectionism, avoidance, people-pleasing, among others. My clients would describe me as easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and encouraging. Sometimes people come to therapy without having goals and that's okay - we can collaborate together to improve your well-being.
I also understand career anxiety because therapy is my second career following a decade in government.
