Accepting clients Last Updated 23 days ago

Everyone deserves the chance to be well and enjoy life! Throughout our lifetimes, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationships, work, and health challenge us all. I would be honored to assist you in your healing process and partner with you on any issue(s) that may be contributing to emotional and/or social pain.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who focuses on treating the whole person. I specialize in assisting individuals on issues related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationships. I use knowledge of embodiment/somatic meditation, cognitive inquiry, neurobiology, self-compassion, and general wellness in my practice.

My therapeutic style involves providing support and feedback in a safe and empathetic space. I approach therapy in a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed way. I hope for our sessions to be simply conversations, as you are the expert on your life. Everyone has a story, and I look forward to joining you on your journey towards growth.
