Allison Fond, LPC-S
Life is full of obstacles and challenges; sometimes, this can contribute to things feeling hopeless or out of control. Learning healthy tools to overcome and deal with these situations is an important part of mental health as well as physical health. I believe that all people have the potential to improve their situation; sometimes, they just need support to navigate those changes. I have been providing counseling services for 20+ years, and have spent many years working with adolescents and young adults dealing with trauma, domestic violence, and depression/anxiety concerns.
Every client is different and unique. I strive to create a trusting and caring environment where you will feel heard and supported as I work to get to know your individual needs. I value questions and want to partner with you to help you achieve your goals. If you have been considering therapy or on the fence, I would encourage you to give it a try.
