Accepting clients Last Updated 3 days ago

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in PA, and I’m currently accepting new virtual clients. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Studies Certificate in 2015 and have worked in substance use disorder and mental health treatment since 2014.

I am passionate about supporting college students and young adults as they navigate the challenges that often come with this stage of life. Whether you're managing academic pressure, relationship or roommate concerns, identity exploration, career uncertainty, family dynamics, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

I enjoy helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen communication skills, establish healthy boundaries, and develop practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique goals and experiences.

I am also committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and creating a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and respected. Together, we can work toward greater confidence, connection, and a life that feels more aligned with your values.
