I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who works with women who have ongoing challenges with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. My goal is to help you stop dwelling on negative thoughts and start helping you get back to living life.

I’m an authentic, easy-going, and supportive counselor dedicated to helping you create a life that brings you joy. I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed by excessive worry, and struggle with a sense of purposelessness.
