Shine the Light Counseling is dedicated to serving adolescents and young adults struggling with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and life changes. I believe that you already have the capacity for goodness and healing within you; I am here as your guide on your therapeutic journey.
I provide a holistic approach to therapy and use creative and scientifically proven interventions such as brainspotting, parts work, and mindfulness techniques alongside traditional talk therapy to help you become you best self.
