Our licensed therapists provide individual, couples, and family therapy in-person and by telehealth. We proudly welcome clients of all identities, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent individuals, and people with disabilities, as well as caregivers, veterans and military families, students and academics, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers. Whoever you are, you belong here.
We treat anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. Our approaches include EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), couples counseling, and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming care.
